Train Your Mind

Train Your Mind

Let’s take this moment to invoke the Presence of Spirit, its goodness, its light, its peace and its atmosphere of ever expanding consciousness.

There is only one mind, one Source, and one life, and that is life as a spiritual being, as a loving being.

I affirm that we all come from this one source.

We are inseparably one with the infinite Presence and Power.

I now speak my word for all, as I align myself with ever expanding consciousness.

I pay attention to the gifts of Spirit that are always being given.

I realize that my gifts affect the character of the whole.

I accept my responsibility to live with fullness and creativity.

I become more skilled at using my energies each day to create possibilities that I put into form.

I realize that trained thought is far more powerful than untrained thought.

I pay attention to my concentrated thoughts.

When I seize an idea and hang onto it, I can expect a physical manifestation, whether it is comfortable or not.

I flow with, rather than fight life.

I realize that it is to my advantage to use life’s natural, forward-moving energies for my purposes.

I accept who I am, because I am inescapably part of the forms and energies of life.

My individuality gives me the ability to use life’s vigor as I choose.

I decide to bring my good to life by using my divinely given wisdom.

I realize that I can live as broadly or as narrowly as I wish.

I accept that my life was given to me to do what I will with it.

I practice living skills without a limitation.

I am determined to find a means of self-expression and to reach my goals in spite of any physical limitations.

My eyes are open to the possibilities of what I can create, when I invest my time and talents.

I trust that the Infinite is ready and willing to guide and direct my energies to wondrous, daily discoveries.

So it is with a grateful heart, that I express overwhelming thankfulness for my own self-empowerment, for love, for kindness and for compassion in my life.

And so it is.
