Praise and Thanksgiving

Praise and Thanksgiving

Let’s take this moment to invoke the Presence of Spirit,

Its goodness, its light, and its atmosphere of peace.

There is only one mind, one source, and one life,

And that is life as a spiritual being, as a loving being.

I affirm that we all come from this one source.

We are inseparably one with the infinite Presence and Power.

I now speak my word for myself and for all,

As I align myself with the principles of praise and thanksgiving

I realize how important a little praise can be.

When I wake in the morning, I anticipate something to be wonderful and exhilarating.

I am grateful for life.

I praise the Giver of all good and gratefully acknowledge my freedom and the nobility of people.

I seek to find something in people and in situations that will invoke joy and vitality.

I believe that good is at the center of everything.

I release fear and I am willing to discover something real, genuine, happy and whole at the center of everything.

I believe there is a Divine Presence at the center of things, which responds to me in everyone and in every situation.

I gratefully acknowledge the good I wish to experience in everything big and little.

I bless and praise everything and everyone in my life.

I consciously bless every situation that I find myself in.

I bless my own efforts and the efforts of everyone in my life.

The Divine Law of Good meets my expectation, my faith, my conviction and my acceptance.

I give thanks even for those things that I do not see.

I bless my hopes, my aims and my aspirations.

I enter into the rhythm of life with happiness.

I expect the miracle of love to perform its act of kindness.

I believe there is a law of good that works for me.

I believe there is a power of right that can rearrange all of my circumstances if I believe it can.

I replace doubt with faith, and fear with hope.

I embrace my life, which is full of praise and thanksgiving.

So it is with a grateful heart, that I express overwhelming thankfulness

For my gifts, my dreams, for love, for kindness and for praise in my life.

And so it is.

Amen.
