From Depression to Sunlight
Let’s take this moment to invoke the Presence of Spirit.
It’s goodness, its light, its peace and its atmosphere of ever-expanding consciousness.
There is only one mind, one Source, and one life,
And that is life as a spiritual Being. As a loving Being.
I affirm that we all come from this one Source.
We are inseparably one with the infinite Presence and Power.
I now speak my word for myself and for all as I align myself with that Spiritual, ever-expanding consciousness.
I affirm that there are no mistakes, only wonderful opportunities for learning.
As a unique expression of the Divine, I realize that my purpose is to serve the world.
I choose right work that harms no one.
I create an environment that is beautiful and uplifting.
I give thanks for my health.
I give thanks for the ability to study things that I love doing.
I give thanks for kind friends.
I am kind and my friends can lean on me, too.
I am proud of my uniqueness.
And, I celebrate uniqueness in others.
I let go of feeling that I have to do it all.
I trust that Spirit in me knows exactly what to do in all situations.
Spirit provides me with ongoing care and support.
I am grateful for my friends, family and community.
I look for ways to show my gratitude.
I use my life in a way that brings joy to others.
My purpose is unique to me and resonates deeply within me.
I reward myself for my accomplishments.
My knowing comes from my ceaseless connection with Infinite Spirit.
My purpose comes from my heart space.
That which makes me feel alive is unique to me. It is my soul’s calling, my purpose.
It feels right, natural and empowering.
I let go of considering or bothering myself with the perceptions of others.
I choose to follow my loving Light, and therefore, participate only in activities that feed my Spirit.
By being true to myself, I am vibrating at a high frequency doing my part to change the world.
So it is with a grateful heart, that I express overwhelming thankfulness for my own self-empowerment, for love, for kindness and for compassion in my life.
And so it is.
