Fostering Trust

Fostering Trust

Let’s take this moment to invoke the Presence of Spirit.

It’s goodness, its light, its consciousness and its atmosphere of trust.

There is only one mind, one Source, and one life,

And that is life as a spiritual being, as a loving being.

I affirm that we all come from this one source.

We are inseparably one with the infinite Presence and Power.

I now speak my word for myself and for all,

As I activate the spiritual principle of trust.

I find shared humanity by listening to people with whom I have nothing in common.

I create a safe invitational place, where I help others feel seen, valued and welcomed.

I look for authentic community and the magnificence in what I see and know through collaboration.

I learn how to successfully navigate difficult conversations by being authentic and by being physically present.

I shape my life by asking who I am and what I love.

Knowing that I will transcend, I carefully choose how I live, so that my life is a gift to my earth family.

I ask myself what I stand for.

I know that I am a spiritual being with each experience of a starry night, the smell of the forest after rain and with every loving embrace.

Every sweet and perfect melody reminds me that I am alive and whole and a part of nature and of the whole universe.

With a grateful heart, I express overwhelming thankfulness

For more trust, more kindness, more joy and compassion in my life.

And so it is.

Amen.

Healing Codependency & Addiction

Healing Codependency & Addiction

Let’s take this moment to invoke the Presence of Spirit.

It’s goodness, its light, its consciousness and its atmosphere of healing.

There is only one mind, one Source, and one life,

And that is life as a spiritual being, as a loving being.

I affirm that we all come from this one source.

We are inseparably one with the infinite Presence and Power.

I now speak my word for myself and for all,

As I activate the ability to heal codependency and addiction.

I remind myself that in the grips of addiction, that I am undergoing my own sacred journey.

I love myself in this moment and set healthy boundaries for myself.

I ask what higher truth is unfolding through my addiction.

I believe that God is with me.

I am dependent on myself and on God to be ok, to thrive and to live my best life.

I create interdependent relationships based on healthy interactions.

Honoring my own journey, I realize that I am in charge of my own self-care and self-love.

I love myself without being critical, without judgment and without succumbing to hurt and to fear.

I release all shame, pride, embarrassment and fear that may keep me from getting help.

I am not a tornado that whirls through the lives of others.

I stop letting my addiction overrun the thoughts and lives of others through my unacceptable behavior.

I am able to figure out my own solutions to my own problems.

I am responsible for my own life and the consequences of my actions.

I create healthy boundaries to take care of myself and not to control others.

I meditate, listen to my intuition and spiritual guidance, instead of listening to fear or projection.

I stay in the present moment to be clear about what is mine to do.

I read spiritually uplifting material.

I allow myself to be vulnerable enough to ask for help.

I surrender my journey to a higher power.

I find my way home through my own hero’s journey to self-worth.

With a grateful heart, I express overwhelming thankfulness

For more healing, more kindness, more joy and compassion in my life.

And so it is.

Amen.

Evolution

Evolution

Let’s take this moment to invoke the Presence of Spirit.

It’s goodness, its light, its consciousness and its atmosphere of peace.

There is only one mind, one Source, and one life,

And that is life as a spiritual being, as a loving Being.

This universe is the glory of God. It is a moving, flexible, fluidic creation.

It is alive with life, abundance and all the richness of God.

I express the deep knowledge that God is within me, and we are all inseparably one with the infinite Presence and Power.

I affirm that we all come from this one source.

I now speak my word for myself and for all,

As I align myself with Spiritual Law and its creative principle.

I accept that my own evolution depends on the awakening of my soul to the recognition of its unity with the whole.

My evolution is the result of my recognition and interaction with the whole.

I accept that my spirit is limitless and reacts to my belief in its limitless abilities.

I believe that I have access to the Universal Mind.

I immerse myself in the Universal Mind for inspiration and revelation.

I know that each of my interactions with the Universal Mind activates the Divine Law, which obeys the dictates of the Universal Mind.

The unfoldment of my ideas that come from my immersion with the Universal Mind, inevitably pushes me to evolve.

The Law of cause and effect manifests exactly what I sow for my own evolution.

I realize that there is an invisible pressure that compels me to do more, be better, reach higher and to manifest greater things.

Through sufficient understanding, my thought takes me where I wish to be.

I accept that all life is intelligent.

My evolution is a by-product of this intelligence that responds to me as a part of the creative process necessary to bring forward my own growth, expansion and evolution.

As I stretch my own ever-increasing capacity for greater and greater good, it also expands that greater good for the world as a whole.

So it is with a grateful heart, that I express overwhelming thankfulness for my own self-evolution, for love, for kindness and for compassion in my life.

And so it is.

Directing Your Creative Power for Good

Directing Your Creative Power for Good

Let’s take this moment to invoke the Presence of Spirit.

It’s goodness, its light, its consciousness and its atmosphere of peace.

There is only one mind, one Source, and one life,

And that is life as a spiritual being, as a loving Being.

I affirm that we all come from this one source.

We are inseparably one with the infinite Presence and Power.

I now speak my word for myself and for all,

As I align myself with Spiritual Law and its creative principle.

As an expression of infinite Spirit, I possess a limitless freedom to choose what I think, do and believe.

I create the conditions of my life.

I turn away from previous conditions and contemplate only that which leads to happiness, health and well-being.

I accept that difficulty, challenge or destruction and the experience of chaos opens up the possibility for change.

I commit myself to freedom and self-determination.

With every positive I Am statement, I clear my subconscious of limiting thoughts and beliefs.

I create expansions and healing.

By mentally seeing and embodying something, I attract it into my life.

By envisioning inwardly my best self, I bring it forward into my life.

I willingly forgive and release the past.

By rising above negative circumstances, I become the master of my fate.

As a divine being, I possess great possibilities for expansion and evolving.

I activate what I desire to experience by believing and declaring my new truth.

All my choices come from a condition of love in my mind and in my heart.

So it is with a grateful heart, that I express overwhelming thankfulness

For my own self-determination, for love, for kindness and for compassion in my life.

And so it is.

Creative Consciousness

Creative Consciousness

Let’s take this moment to invoke the Presence of Spirit.

It’s goodness, its light, its consciousness and its atmosphere of peace.

There is only one mind, one Source, and one life, and that is life as a spiritual being, as a loving being.

I affirm that we all come from this one source.

We are inseparably one with the infinite Presence and Power.

I now speak my word for myself and for all, as I align myself with Spiritual Law and its creative principle.

I understand that the universe is a system of Law and Order, and that its laws cannot be broken, but they can be understood and used.

I send my thoughts to coalesce with other thoughts in the creative medium of mind.

I pick up thoughts for which I have an affinity to produce form that is cast into my experience.

I choose positive thoughts to create positive forms in my life that has limitless possibility.

I am aware that thoughts pass through the ethers of my mind to produce form and to attract what I want or to repel what I do not want.

I choose to tune into happiness, health, harmony and success.

I anticipate creating a temple of my life by following the creative desire of happiness, harmony, and the truth, the beauty of life, love and reason.

When I practice mental healing, I tap into a creative consciousness that cannot be seen with the physical eye.

I tap into goodness, truth and pure beauty, that are timeless and without limit.

I use my mind in the subtle art of self-realization as I rise above discord to achieve unity.

Through thoughts of goodness, I create a life that is happy, radiant and free.

So it is with a grateful heart, that I express overwhelming thankfulness for my own self-realization, for love, for kindness and for compassion in my life.

And so it is. Amen.

Working with the Law

Working with the Law

Let’s take this moment to invoke the Presence of Spirit, it’s goodness, its light, its consciousness and its atmosphere of peace.

There is only one mind, one Source, and one life, and that is life as a spiritual being, as a loving being.

This universe is the glory of God. It is a moving, flexible, fluidic creation.

I express the deep knowledge that God is within me, and we are all inseparably one with the infinite Presence and Power.

I affirm that we all come from this one source.

I now speak my word for myself and for all, as I align myself with the principles of Spiritual Law.

I understand that the universe always says, yes.

I am careful what I set in motion through my thought process, because the Law will affirm it.

I use my observation of divine nature to obtain awareness of how it works, using reason and intuition.

I realize that spirit is creative and is in everything.

I am careful because the force of life is so powerful and is amenable to my thought.

I know that the Divine is by its nature, responsive to my thoughts.

I am careful to set in motion only the outcomes that I will like.

I can also use it to heal and to make broken places whole again.

I use prayer to focus my thoughts in a clear, active recognition of the oneness of all creation.

I use prayer to connect my mind to the healing mind of God.

I realize that love is the most powerful tool of the mind and of the Law.

I use my thought to be as wise, loving and powerful as I can be.

I pay attention to my inner promptings to live the most expansive life that I can imagine.

I realize that my only enemy is myself and that the only thing that can hold me back is my own mind.

So it is with a grateful heart, that I express overwhelming thankfulness for the Law, for my own self-realization, for love, for kindness and for compassion in my life.

And so it is.

Amen

The Power of I Am

The Power of I Am

Let’s take this moment to invoke the Presence of Spirit.

It’s goodness, its light, its consciousness and its atmosphere of peace.

There is only one mind, one Source, and one life,

And that is life as a spiritual being, as a loving Being.

This universe is the glory of God. It is a moving, flexible, fluidic creation.

It is alive with life, abundance and all the richness of God.

I express the deep knowledge that God is within me, and

We are all inseparably one with the infinite Presence and Power.

I affirm that we all come from this one source.

I now speak my word for myself and for all,

As I align myself with Spiritual Law and principle of I Am.

 I accept that I am a product of God’s self-expression.

As I call upon the interior awareness of my own soul, I tap in to the infinite energy of the universe.

I am living in a spiritual universe now.

Through the illumination of my consciousness, I am able to transform Earth into heaven.

The infinite spirit is warmth and color, beauty and light, feeling and emotion.

Its increasing incarnation is without limit.

I am evolving in experience, unfolding in personality and increasing in the capacity to understand myself.

And there is a persistent, calm, unhurried, irresistible Power pushing me forward, which I call the principle of evolution.

I realize that there is a divine energy and power that desires me to have every good and perfect thing.

All the love there is, all the wealth there is, all the happiness there is, all the joy and peace and self-expression there is, are right where I am.

I am able to heal spiritually, when my mind conceives that I can.

The power of the I Am is in me.

When I access that place in my consciousness of the visible and the invisible that unifies with God, healing is instantaneous.

I recognize that everything is spirit.

Any apparent opposition to good in my life is not an entity of evil, but a misuse of good, or the turning of my back to the light of God.

I realize that I am here, not only to live, but to create.

So it is with a grateful heart, that I express overwhelming thankfulness

For my own self-expression, for love, for creativity and for evolvement in my life.

And so it is.

Healing From Loss

Healing From Loss

I now speak my word for myself and for all

As I align myself with the Spiritual Law of Healing.

I believe that each individual is an eternal destiny, a forever-expanding principal of conscious Intelligence.

I believe that each individual is birthless, deathless, and a changeless aspect of God.

The forward-moving energies of love keeps me fluid in my feelings, and heals me every chance it gets.

I realize that healing may take time, but I believe that I will be restored, if I allow it.

I allow myself to be loved in every way, through work, through artistic endeavor and through people, who care about me.

I am restored by going to worship.

I release any sense of guilt that I may have.

I slowly begin to resume my normal activities.

I allow myself to be loved by others.

I give and receive healing through conversation with others.

I uplift my own spirits by helping others.

I pray and talk to God.

I gradually begin to look forward to things to come, to a future that has been redirected to a new path.

So it is with a grateful heart, that I express overwhelming thankfulness for more healing, happiness, joy, love and peace for myself and for everyone.

With an open heart, I release my word into the action of the Law to be made manifest in form, as it is already known in the Mind.

And so it is. Amen.

Courage to Do Good

Courage to Do Good

Let’s take this moment to invoke the Presence of Spirit; It’s goodness, its light, its consciousness and its atmosphere of peace. There is only one mind, one Source, and one life, And that is life as a spiritual being, as a loving being.

This universe is the glory of God. It is a moving, flexible, fluidic creation. It is alive with life, abundance and all the richness of God.

I express the deep knowledge that God is within me, and we are all inseparably one with the infinite Presence and Power. I affirm that we all come from this one Source.

I now speak my word for myself and for all,  as I align myself with the spiritual law of courage.

I participate in mobilizing a values-centered, non-violent response to confront injustice and to build bridges of understanding.

I acknowledge the role that I have to play in ending racism, sexism, xenophobia, homophobia and islamophobia.

I seek to create a place where activists, artists, clergy and community can heal racial wounds and practice color and cultural braveness.

I seek to co-create a world of peace, prosperity and unconditional love for all. I realize that to take no position on inequities, on xenophobia, homophobia, racism, sexism and all the other –isms, or to take a neutral position on these, is to be complicit with them.

I pledge to honor the dignity and inherent worth of every human being.

I pledge to oppose injustice, not people. I pledge to dedicate myself to use my talent to empower others as I empower myself.

I pledge to consciously practice peace on a daily basis. I pledge to treat each person that I meet with courtesy, respect and fairness.

I make a conscious choice to keep my flow of love. All my choices come from a place of love.

So it is with a grateful heart, that I express overwhelming thankfulness for my own courage, for love, for kindness and for compassion in my life. And so it is. Amen
