Healing Codependency & Addiction

Healing Codependency & Addiction

Let’s take this moment to invoke the Presence of Spirit.

It’s goodness, its light, its consciousness and its atmosphere of healing.

There is only one mind, one Source, and one life,

And that is life as a spiritual being, as a loving being.

I affirm that we all come from this one source.

We are inseparably one with the infinite Presence and Power.

I now speak my word for myself and for all,

As I activate the ability to heal codependency and addiction.

I remind myself that in the grips of addiction, that I am undergoing my own sacred journey.

I love myself in this moment and set healthy boundaries for myself.

I ask what higher truth is unfolding through my addiction.

I believe that God is with me.

I am dependent on myself and on God to be ok, to thrive and to live my best life.

I create interdependent relationships based on healthy interactions.

Honoring my own journey, I realize that I am in charge of my own self-care and self-love.

I love myself without being critical, without judgment and without succumbing to hurt and to fear.

I release all shame, pride, embarrassment and fear that may keep me from getting help.

I am not a tornado that whirls through the lives of others.

I stop letting my addiction overrun the thoughts and lives of others through my unacceptable behavior.

I am able to figure out my own solutions to my own problems.

I am responsible for my own life and the consequences of my actions.

I create healthy boundaries to take care of myself and not to control others.

I meditate, listen to my intuition and spiritual guidance, instead of listening to fear or projection.

I stay in the present moment to be clear about what is mine to do.

I read spiritually uplifting material.

I allow myself to be vulnerable enough to ask for help.

I surrender my journey to a higher power.

I find my way home through my own hero’s journey to self-worth.

With a grateful heart, I express overwhelming thankfulness

For more healing, more kindness, more joy and compassion in my life.

And so it is.

Amen.

Embracing Safety

Embracing Safety

Let’s take this moment to invoke the Presence of Spirit.  It’s goodness, its light, its consciousness and its atmosphere of peace.

There is only one mind, one Source, and one life, And that is life as a spiritual Being, as a loving Being.

This universe is the glory of God.  It is a moving, flexible, fluidic creation.  It is alive with life, abundance and all the richness of God.

I express the deep knowledge that God is within me, and we all are inseparably one with the infinite Presence and Power.  I affirm that we all come from this one source.

I now speak my word for myself and for all, as I align myself with Spiritual Law and the principle of safety.

I trust myself and the knowledge and experience that is within me.

I am one with Divine Inspiration.

I count on the Universal Intelligence for guidance.

I trust my intuition in making safe choices.

I live my life moving in the divine current, as I use my Spiritual powers.

I use prayer to compose myself into quiet considerations and into action as needed.

I realize that my self-care is just as important as care for others.

I speak words of support and acceptance out loud for myself and for others.

I rest in peace and security.

So it is with a grateful heart, that I express overwhelming thankfulness for my own self-empowerment, for love, for kindness and for security in my life.

And so it is. Amen
