Outwitting Fear

Outwitting Fear

Let’s take this moment to invoke the Presence of Spirit,

It’s goodness, its light, its consciousness and its atmosphere of peace.

There is only one mind, one Source, and one life,

And that is life as a spiritual being, as a loving being.

This universe is the glory of God.

It is a moving, flexible, fluidic creation.

It is alive with life, abundance and all the richness of God.

I express the deep knowledge that God is within me, and

We are all inseparably one with the infinite Presence and Power.

I affirm that we all come from this one source.

I now speak my word for myself and for all,

As I align myself with Spiritual Law and the principle of Faith.

I see all major changes in my life like a new season, as in nature.

I accept the fact that what once worked, no longer does.

I realize that the longer I wait, the more discomfort I feel.

In order for me to grow, I know that I must let go of the old

To make room for my personal expansion.

My awareness that something is off, alerts me to begin searching for a solution that would bring more happiness, safety, comfort and peace.

I choose to be open to what I may not have seen before.

I commit to making changes successful, by taking one step at a time.

I know that the universe supports my growth and expansion.

As I see evidence of my expansion and my higher good,

I become motivated to let go of the old and to swiftly embrace the new.

I embrace my good with the full power of my faith.

I acknowledge my fears, then release them completely.

I identify negative patterns as activities that prevent me from

Achieving my most desired outcomes.

I release fears of poverty, criticism, ill health, loss of love, old age,

Death and negative influences.

I choose not to complain, find fault, be sarcastic, be hopeless,

Be filled with self-pity, to lack self-confidence or to worry.

I fill my mind with my greatest desires and declare that this is the truth of my life now.

So it is with a grateful heart, that I express overwhelming thankfulness

For my own faith, for love, for kindness and for goodness in my life.

And so it is.

Planting a Mental Garden

Planting a Mental Garden

Let’s take this moment to invoke the Presence of Spirit, it’s goodness, its light, its consciousness and its atmosphere of peace.

There is only one mind, one Source, and one life,

And that is life as a spiritual being, as a loving being.

This universe is the glory of God. It is a moving, flexible, fluidic creation.

It is alive with life, abundance and all the richness of God.

I express the deep knowledge that God is within me, and we are all inseparably one with the infinite Presence and Power.

I affirm that we all come from this one source.

I now speak my word for myself and for all,

As I align myself with Spiritual Law and its creative principle.

I use the creative law of Life for the purpose of producing a good selected harvest.

In the garden of my mind, I plant the soil of faith and the seed of hope.

I prepare the good soil of my mind by selecting good thoughts, good feelings and a good mental attitude toward life.

I embrace faith, love, hope and acceptance.

Like in the miracle of nature, I plant my mental seeds with a happy and enthusiastic expectancy of the creative law of nature.

I know through experience that if I plant good seeds in good soil, that life will give me a good harvest.

In my mental garden, my thought is the seed through which the Law of love can heal, enrich and expand my experience.

I realize that the thoughts that I plant in my consciousness becomes my future.

I release all doubt and unbelief.

I uproot the weeds of fear.

I release all obstructions, so that my thoughts flow freely with a childlike faith and expectancy.

I use God’s law of creation to produce that which I long for, that which is my highest hope, and the goals of my greatest attainment.

I allow the warmth of God’s sunshine and the refreshment of God’s gentle rain to penetrate the soil of my mind,

Turning it into the rich loam of love.

I understand that my simple, sincere thoughts are the seeds that produce a variety of experiences.

The mental seeds that I choose to plant are health, success, love, abundance and self-expression.

I draw upon the Infinite by allowing God to manifest more happiness, more friendship, more love and good for myself as I awaken to the recognition of my unity with the whole.

So it is with a grateful heart, that I express overwhelming thankfulness for love, for kindness and for compassion in my life.

And so it is.

I choose to be and to create an environment that is peaceful, compassionate and loving.

Instead of toughing up, I choose to soften up.

I accept love and peace.

I meet others with empathy and compassion.

I accept these virtues for myself and for everyone.

I strive to convert a sick culture into a healthy culture.

I change weariness into the ability to meet life’s harsh challenges with healthy coping strategies.

I praise any and all efforts from our leaders, who do Good.

I embody and encourage the ability to rise above adversity.

I remain present with an open heart, no matter the circumstances.

My faith does not quiver, and my well of love never runs dry.

I affirm that we, as people, as divine beings, remember our truth.

I soften in my approach.

I trust that divine wisdom is guiding me to the highest and best possible outcome.

I place my reliance in the Power, the Presence and the Perfection of God.

I embrace Life with joy, without reservation and in complete abandonment.

I accept that everything in the universe lives because it has a Divine spark incarnated in it.

I release fear, so that I am able to venture into the vast estate that is mine in the universe.

The God in me expresses as Love, giving-ness and self-surrender to the Divine creation.

I realize that everything that I encounter responds to me at the level of my state of consciousness.

I strive for courage, love, balance, poise and non-judgement, so that I may have a healing effect on others.

I surrender to loving everyone and I surrender by releasing fear of anything.

By releasing fear, doubt and hatred, I surrender my entire self to the greater influx of Life.

I embrace love as the highest Principle that Life has to give us, because it is Life acting in unity with itself.

Through my expression of love, I allow myself to sit in the sunlight and to be bathed by its warm embrace.

So it is with a grateful heart, that I express overwhelming thankfulness for my surrender, for my own self-realization, for love, for kindness and for compassion in my life.

Finding God in Everything (No Matter What)

Finding God in Everything (No Matter What)

Let’s take this moment to invoke the Presence of Spirit, its goodness, its light, and its atmosphere of peace.

There is only one mind, one source, and one life, and that is life as a spiritual being, as a loving being.

I affirm that we all come from this one source.

We are inseparably one with the infinite Presence and Power.

I now speak my word for myself and for all, as I align myself with the principle of divine consciousness.

I affirm that my entire life is working, regardless of unwanted circumstances.

I find God in everything, no matter what.

I know that I am demonstrating something, even if there are obstacles or difficulties, that I have put in my own way.

I realize that nothing is in my way that I have not put there, consciously or unconsciously.

I know that everything that I hold in consciousness is impressed upon the Law, which shows up in my experiences one way or another.

I use methods that ensure my spiritual mind treatments are working and that my entire life is working, regardless of unwanted circumstances.

By using the words, “no matter what,” I tell myself that I have decided to know that nothing can stop me from obtaining the outcome that I desire, and that there are no other options.

I have unconditional acceptance and absolute certainty that everything exists within and as the wholeness of the Divine.

I accept the principle that Divine Presence manifests itself in and through all creation.

I am diligent and accept nothing less, no matter what my experience looks like.

When I am quiet, when I empty my mind, I allow the revelation of Spirit to come into my awareness easily and effortlessly.

When I know that God exists everywhere and always, then blaming and being in judgment does not work anymore.

I remain centered, clear and confident that life is unfolding exactly as it must, for, through and as each of us.

Finding God in everything, no matter what, means that I am willing to hold a desired outcome in mind with absolute certainty until it appears in form.

I take whatever action is necessary to make this so.

If my demonstration does not meet or exceed my expectations, I accept that I created it and know that there is value in it or it would not exist.

I see the light of Spirit, even in the darkest of circumstances.

By filling my life with light, joy, peace and love, I affirm that this is the life that I am meant to live.

So it is with a grateful heart, that I express overwhelming thankfulness for my gifts, my dreams, for love, for kindness and for God in my life.

And so it is.

Creating Simplicity in My Life

Creating Simplicity in My Life

Let’s take this moment to invoke the Presence of Spirit.

We are inseparably one with the infinite Presence and Power.

I now speak my word for myself and for all.

As I align myself with the principle of simplicity.

I choose simplicity and serenity in my life.

I create a green corner in my home to de-stress myself.

I create open space by releasing things that no longer serve me.

I purchase only what I need and what is within my means.

I embrace silence, allowing it to cleanse and clarify my thoughts.

I connect with nature every day.

I am grateful daily for what shows up as abundance in my life.

I choose activities that recharge my energy, that allow time for myself and that give me peace of mind.

I choose to enjoy each moment of my life.

I take only what I need and give back to nature, to my community and to life at every opportunity.

I stay in touch with my inner self and cultivate empathy with others.

I balance what I get and what I give.

I take time to appreciate the simple things.

So it is with a grateful heart, that I express overwhelming thankfulness

For my gifts, my dreams, for love, for kindness and for simplicity in my life.

And so it is.

We are inseparably one with the infinite Presence and Power.

I now speak my word for myself and for all,

As I activate the consciousness of Christ.

I develop a sense of a greater reality through my highest acts and my deepest emotions.

My true nature is that insistent truth that is constantly unfolding to the full expression of my divinity.

My love is manifested through the gifts that I offer to life.

I give of myself to life with kindly thought, a tolerant mind and gentle acts.

I give my gifts with interest, enthusiasm and love.

I give my best to humanity.

The comfort of the Christ idea finds an enduring place in my consciousness.

The Christ idea guides me to truth and wisdom.

The Christ within me is free from all worry and cannot be hindered by any opposing force.

Eternal unfoldment and evolution is the law of my being.

I evolve through constant acquirement of knowledge, which leads me to a more profound understanding of life’s principles.

I know that I am surrounded by a law the works upon my word, thought and beliefs through which faith and prayer operate.

I believe that I am surrounded by Spirit.

I believe that the almighty is working in, around and through me.

I use my faith, words and deeds to heal and to bless the world.

And it is with overwhelming thankfulness that I accept that there is no wasted effort, as love, joy, peace and more good accompany all loving actions.

With an open heart, I release my word into the action of the Law to manifest in form, as it is already known in Mind.

And, so it is.
