Walk to Oneness

Walk to Oneness

Let’s take this moment to invoke the Presence of Spirit,

It’s goodness, its light, its consciousness and its atmosphere of oneness.

There is only one mind, one source, and one life,

And that is life as a spiritual being, as a loving being.

This universe is the glory of God.  It is a moving, flexible, fluidic creation.

It is alive with life, abundance and all the richness of God.

I express the deep knowledge that God is within me, and

We are all inseparably one with the infinite Presence and Power.

I affirm that we all come from this one Source.

I now speak my word for myself and for all,

As I align myself with the Spiritual Law of Oneness.

No matter what the hardship, I know that God is my shield, and I have nothing to fear.

Following Spirit’s lead, I am able to overcome evil with good, falsehood with truth and hatred with love.

I allow Spirit to use me to alleviate the pain of others.

I am willing to face life squarely.

I realize that all problems have a purpose and contribute to my inner growth.

I endeavor to solve these problems in accordance with the highest light.

I do what I feel guided to do.

I seek to do that which will uplift myself and others.

Through self-forgiveness, I improve my actions, motives and desires.

I liberate myself from debilitating habits.

I release the need to control other people and allow them to run their own lives.

I desire the highest welfare for all.

I forgive, express gratitude, think positively, and praise the opportunities that problems present to grow spiritually.

I overcome adversity through accessing inner strength and by performing acts of kindness toward others.

I choose compassion.

I recognize my oneness with all of humanity and with God.

I seek to create a better world, a world that works for all people, everywhere.

So it is with a grateful heart, that I express overwhelming thankfulness for my own oneness, for love, for kindness and for compassion in my life.

And so it is.

Helping Others through Spiritual Mind Treatment

Helping Others through Spiritual Mind Treatment

Let’s take this moment to invoke the Presence of Spirit.

It’s goodness, its light, its consciousness and its atmosphere of peace.

There is only one mind, one Source, and one life,

And that is life as a spiritual being, as a loving being.

I affirm that we all come from this one source.

We are inseparably one with the infinite Presence and Power.

I now speak my word for myself and for all,

As I activate the power of compassion.

I know that I can use a power that is greater than I am by my conviction, by acceptance and by divine inspiration.

I accept that God is the very essence of success.

I receive thoughts and ideas from Spirit that I am impelled to act upon.

I am intelligently guided.

I am confronted with limitless opportunity for self-expression.

I accept new situations and new ways of doing things that are presented to me.

I know that perfect Love casts out all fear, rejection and sense of unworthiness.

I embrace radiant happiness, dynamic vitality and an enthusiastic zest for life.

I accept the power of spiritual consciousness.

I accept that the power of the Infinite works through my thoughts, words and actions.

I use this ability to co-create a new reality based in love, wholeness and goodness.

I know that when I use this ability to free another, I also free myself, because the entire universe is unified in the same collective consciousness.

With a grateful heart, I express overwhelming thankfulness

For more love, more kindness, more understanding and more compassion in my life.

And so it is. Amen.

Healing Alcohol Addiction

Healing Alcohol Addiction

Let’s take this moment to invoke the Presence of Spirit. It’s goodness, its light, its consciousness and its atmosphere of healing. There is only one mind, one Source, and one life, And that is life as a spiritual being, as a loving being.

I affirm that we all come from this one source. We are inseparably one with the infinite Presence and Power.

I now speak my word for myself and for all. As I activate the ability to heal alcohol addiction.

I take responsibility to learn tools to deal with change, and with managing my emotions and my life. I release shame, isolation and self-centeredness.

I change everything, when I have the courage to say “I need help.” Through my pursuit of a spiritual philosophy, I build the tools for recovery, relaunching, recalibrating and reinventing my life.

I believe that everyone has their own unique path that is integral to the grand scheme of things. I dare to be myself, knowing that the Divine Pattern depends upon me being, who I was meant to be.

From a place of hope, I foster the creativity that allows me to move into a feeling of grateful expectation. I believe that all is well and that my life is unfolding in a new miraculous way for the eternity of my spirit.

I seek ways to serve others, seeing spirituality in others. Through the expression of compassion and kindness, I build faith in myself and allow the luminous grace of my own healing from alcohol addiction.

With a grateful heart, I express overwhelming thankfulness For more love, more kindness, more healing and compassion in my life. And so it is. Amen.

Walking the Walk

Walking the Walk

Let’s take this moment to invoke the Presence of Spirit.

Its goodness, its light, and its atmosphere of peace.

There is only one mind, one Source, and one life,

And that is life as a Spiritual Being, as a loving Being.

I affirm that we all come from this one Source.

We are inseparably one with the infinite Presence and Power.

I now speak my word for myself and for all.

As I align myself with Spirit’s power.

I stand firm at times of challenge and controversy.

I seek to eliminate poverty, child poverty, low wages, and lack of access to health care, lack of environmental protection, lack of immigrant and LBGTQ protection, and against voter suppression.

I seek to reverse legislation that is harmful to the poor, the elderly, the sick, and the disenfranchised.

I honor Moral Mondays that promise the American dream for those too frequently overlooked or left behind and to improve the lives of all people.

I live to awaken the heart of a nation.

I see it as an issue of “Right vs Wrong” for labor rights, for women’s rights, for education, for helping people when they are unemployed.

I awaken hearts with the power of love, with the power of mercy and by fighting for justice for all in a Democracy.

I strive to change the national consciousness by changing my own consciousness.

I stand for justice, inclusion, love and breaking all chains that oppress.

I believe in the power of love.

So it is with a grateful heart that I express overwhelming thankfulness

For my own self-empowerment, for love, for kindness and for compassion in my life.

And so it is. Amen
